Admin Assistant
Responsibilities & Requirements
• Good communications skills
• To provide administrative and clerical support
• Primarily using Excel for data entry; including other duties like mailing, scanning, and copying of documents.
• Handle general administrative duties
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
• Ability to juggle multiple job responsibilities with accuracy
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
• Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
• Minimally “O” Level or equivalent
• Have positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• With Account knowledge will be advantage
